Buzzword Pricing and Payment

Buzzword Pricing

Buzzword accepts checks, money orders and credit card payments via PayPal. Contact us today with details about your project, and we can develop a project rate that will encompass all of the services you will need to get people to take notice of your business, services or program.

 

Retainer Services

Buzzword also offers a retainer payment option for clients who have consistent writing and editing needs. This is great for clients who need consistent Web content updates, or who regularly create and distribute new marketing materials. Please note that Buzzword requires a minimum of 10 hours per month for any client interested in this payment option. Please contact us to find out more.

Payment Terms and Options

Buzzword accepts checks and money orders. Payments by check or money order should be made payable to Buzzword Communications. If these options are not suitable, Buzzword will work with a client to establish special arrangements for payment.

Buzzword requires 35% of the total payment up front, 50% when a rough draft is completed, and the final 15% upon project completion. Any monthly retainer fees are due on the 5 th of each month. If at any time a client wishes to dissolve a retainer agreement, all fees due must be paid before the contract is considered void.
